1. Overview

Urban Sketch Trails is a city-discovery platform that helps users explore trails, locations, sketches, stories, food recommendations, and related community contributions. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained, how users can exercise their rights, and how the platform handles user-generated content and related moderation workflows.

5. Legal basis / consent framework

Where consent is used, it is obtained through a clear affirmative action such as tapping "I Agree," enabling a permission, or submitting content after accepting the clearly worded declaration. 6. Location data

7. User-generated content

8. Children

If you are a child or underage, you should stop using this platform or have your parent or guardian consent and accept the policies and terms of the platform.

If Urban Sketch Trails becomes aware that children's personal data has been collected without required authorization, the platform may suspend the account, delete the data, or request parental verification as appropriate.

9. Sharing of data

Cloud hosting, storage, analytics, mapping, weather, messaging, authentication, and payment vendors.
Moderators, administrators, and authorized service providers working under confidentiality obligations.
